Pancake Breakfast, hosted by the Rotary Club of Princeton

The Rotary Club of Princeton hosts a pancake breakfast every year during Memorial Day weekend on Palmer Square in Princeton. They serve between 750 to 1,000 people from 8am to noon.

All proceeds are donated to the Rotary Student Scholarships & Community Projects.
