100 Meals, A Million Thank You’s!

A thank you to emergency employees working on the front lines.

Yesterday our neighbors on the Square at Princeton Soup & Sandwich Company  delivered what they hope will be the first of many donated meals to the front line heroes working in the Penn Medicine Princeton Hospital Emergency Room.

100 bagged lunches were donated by Palmer Square, along with the Nassau Inn to show their appreciation and support of those working to keep the Princeton community safe. We challenge others to get involved in this initiative to keep our local medical professionals and volunteers well-fed during this time. To donate a bagged lunch, please visit the GoFundMe page HERE.  One or one hundred lunches can make an impact.

The director of Princeton Hospital’s Critical Care Unit expressed the department’s need for donations as those medical workers have been enduring long hours and extremely stressful conditions.  The SOUPer staff will continue to deliver meals to Princeton Hospital, as well as Capital Health Medical Center of Hopewell.

We are so grateful to all who are making sacrifices in order to keep our neighbors, friends and families safe! From the bottom of our hearts,
THANK YOU!
