Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar Completes Remodeling and Announces Reopening
Princeton, NJ (March 19, 2019) — Select Restaurants, Inc. is excited to announce Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar in Princeton will reopen its doors on Wednesday, March 27th, 2019 after a six-week renovation focused on updating the dining room and bar.
“Maintaining the restaurant’s overall feel was critical during the remodeling process,” said Robert Haynes, general manager. “Our guests will see we’ve accomplished that goal and notice new wooden floors and upholstered seating that will take dining with us to a new level.”
Winberie’s will continue to showcase freshly prepared, traditional and contemporary versions of American comfort foods, as well as, new, handcrafted recipes with the addition of daily featured dinner entrées. Guests will be happy to know favorites like Cedar Plank Salmon, Cajun Mac & Cheese and Chicken Pot Pie are still part of the menu offerings, as well as new items like; Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and Chicken Marsala.
The restaurant’s newly refinished bar will continue to boast 23 rotating taps, along a new Happy Hour menu.
Located in Palmer Square, Winberie’s Restaurant & Bar has been a neighborhood favorite of families, university students, shoppers and visitors to the area since 1984.
