Pure Barre Princeton Offers Free Pop Up Class on the Palmer Square Green
(Princeton, NJ – April 4) – Pure Barre Princeton is popping up on the Palmer Square Green on TUESDAY MAY 22nd at 5:30pm. While we make amazing use of the ballet barre throughout class in our studio, you can actually take a Pure Barre class without the barre! Come get some fresh air and experience our incredibly effective technique in the beautiful setting of the Palmer Square Green! This pop up class is an opportunity for new clients to take class and experience the Pure Barre technique and in the community. . Pure Barre offers two types of classes rooted in the Pure Barre technique.
The class is free, but space is limited. To sign up, visit www.purebarre.com/nj-princeton . Participates should bring a yoga mat and water.
Pure Barre classic is the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. In just 50 minutes you will achieve a full-body workout designed to target and tone the areas of the body women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms. The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each isometric strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscles without bulk. The technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up! We recommend taking 3-4 Classic classes a week mixed in with 2-3 Empower classes.
Pure Empower is a 45-minute barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses your own body weight, a 6-inch step-up platform and ankle weights. It is challenging, but modifiable for all levels and a great complement to Pure Barre Classic. We recommend 2-3 Empower classes a week mixed in with 3-4 Classic classes.
Come experience a workout that is powered by community, driven by music, and fueled by technique!
